I am sure there are more chess programs out >there that are worth competing..thanks..Alfred Here's my wish list: 1) Hold it in the US, instead of Europe. 2) Play a faster time control so there can be more rounds. 3) I'd also like to see the following participants: - Hsu with a prototype of the Deep Blue Jr. card. - Bob with Crafty running on a 16-processor alpha. - Vincent with a stable version of Diep. - Richard Lang with a *new* version of Genius. - John Stanbeck with Zarkov. - All the amateur programmers from Will Singleton's "green list" (including Chris Whittington). ;-) An interesting twist would be to add a few super GMs to the field. --Peter
