I agree.  I think ICC would be happy to promote the event.

I can't see why anybody would object to an automatic interface, especially for
an event that is being played on ICC.  I would hate to have a mouse slip in one
of these games...

I'd like to think that this event could be run without a director, but I guess
there is always the potential for disputes.  Probably some type of arbitrer
would be needed.

I definitely agree that only one copy of a program should be allowed to enter.
I'd prefer for authors to operate, but I'd rather have them assign a proxy than
not participate at all.
