I suspect Rebel Million Base has the most inclusive (I'm not famalier with the
Knut Kneven database, so that might be just as inclusive). Rebel Millionbase
has a lot of the 'historic' tournament games on it, in the main formats, Rebel
format, pgn., cbf., and Cbv.

Chess Base Mega is a very big database, with 1,114,429 games & more than 30,000
annotated, it is a fairly compete, and supurbly indexed, if you are a Chess Base
user. I think it missing many more of the pre-1945 games though, as company
chess base has for a long time tried to sell that as seperate disk.

For other collections, check out, www.chessmail.com/ especially for
correspondence chess, and www.newinchess.com/ for more erocentric collection.
www.bookup.com/ for another big collection, but not sure what's in it.
