Why do you take Tiger as an example? Have you not read many times in this forum that Tiger will be available soon as Rebel Tiger? Besides each programmer can do whatever he wants. And he has no obligation whatsoever to share his program with anybody. He can give it to his cat, if he wants! My opinion!
