It is either intentional, or in the phone line. My ISP (Verio) very, very rarely is down. For me, disconnects are due mostly to the phone line. Sometimes the connection resets and I can't even reconnect for a while. Sometimes the OS hangs (Win 98, what a joke). But as I said before, I wouldn't use this setup for a tournament. I suspect most people have more reliable connectivity. --Jon
