Definately download the demo. I highly recommend this program. There are now 3 different 'flavours' of it, so you may want to also go to www.chess.com/ and read the descriptions of what this company offers & at what prices. They seem to have more instruction written by IM Jeremy Silman, then anyway else, and he is a terriffic chess writer. The only thing I think is missing (so far), from the Chess Mentor stable, is instruction like, 'The Gruenfeld for the tournament Player', type stuff. For that you either need books, or perhaps Chess Base. Larry T.
