Could you please stop these senseless kind of games and start some more useful games in a setting where Shredder e.g. has a faster machine, or if you don't have a faster machine, why not use a shredder version that is newer ? You test shredder2, in the moment shredder 4 is the state- of the art product. I don't see much sense in letting tiger play against a shredder version from a few years. i mean, it is interesting if you live a few years in the past (do you live a few years in the past in sweden ?) but all other people in the world live in year 1999... almost all.
