IMO Bruce Moreland and Christophe Theron (and others too) can do whatever they do. I like them anyway. I don't see much sense in your headline... in case of tiger: christophe IS making his program commercial. It is in the beta-test time and will be available this or next month. it will be one of the strongest chess programs available together with shredder4. in case of ferret, i don't think that bruce will be that rich in future, since the worth of his microsoft papers will be lose value in a few months when they kill microsoft to the heal of the rest of the world :-)) anyhow - i am sure he has exchanged his microsoft-papers against other stuff since he knows this from behind the scene much better.
