If it is _criminal_ for them to _not_ share their program, it can be deduced
from your original post you feel that you have a right to have their program
(whether or not you pay for it is another issue).

I can see from you later posts this is not what you meant, and your first post
was very poorly worded. I still disagree with your views, but they seem to be a
more reasonable opinion now. :)
