Is it using all of the Swiss rules to make pairings?

5 decembre here is Santa Claus

end of decembre is the huge open Groningen tournament and the
Spanish computer chess championship.

I guess at every date we will find something.

For a discussion group like CCC obviously mid decembre 1999 is short lived,
and a tournament during christmas is like Werner says not smart either.

Much better is end of Januari 2000.
