I'm not hyper about 'flexibility'.  However, Amir is a good case in point
here, as I think he said GMT +2, while I am at GMT-6, and you must be GMT-8.

I'd love to play chess...  but if I get paired against Junior, and have to play
at (say) 4am my time, I'm not going to play.  It has to be "fun".  And getting
up in time for a 4am game is not fun.  I did this when we won the 1986 WCCC, due
to the morning round times there coinciding to roughly 3am starts here in Bham
where I operated CB...  that was _miserable_.

Playing on the net has to take this into consideration.  IE maybe the last 2-3
rounds have a specified start time, but the first N rounds are more flexible...
