Hi Steve,

It's great to have ICC's support.

The timing of the rounds is tricky because we have participants from so many
time zones. Almost all of the particpants are between GMT-8 and GMT+2. (The
exception being Peter McKenzie in New Zealand, and possibly one other person in
Australia).

Based on this, I'd suggest the following start times (ICC time, GMT-5)

If we play 60 10, early round starts at noon, late round at 3pm
If we play 90 10, early round starts at 11am, late round at 3pm

Obviously, this isn't perfect for everybody, but I think it's as close as we'll
get.

I asked for feedback on the time controls, and it seemed that most people didn't
have a strong preference. John Stanbeck preferred 60 10, while James Swafford,
Vincent Diepeveen, and myself prefer 90 10.

The other unanswered question is the date. I think we should shoot for January
or early February. Late December is tricky because of the Christmas holidays,
and early December is just too soon - it might be hard for everybody to clear
their schedules for two weekends.
