In particular I would like to ask if ICC would be willing to hire someone like Mike Valvo (beetle) to oversee the event. The reason I suggest him is that a) he has been the TD at many live computer chess events in the past, b) he is a strong enough player that he could resolve chess-related disputes, and c) he's resident on ICC. I am not organizing this event but I would still like to ask the question. bruce
