that should be 11 a.m. I think.

Firstly I strongly support fixed round times, I think the tournament is much
more likely to be successful that way.

I think it makes sense to optimise the times to be convenient to the majority of
participants, although this will no doubt be slightly inconvenient to me.  I'm
happy enough to play at odd hours if we have a really good tournament.

Right now we (NZ) are at GMT + 13, so the round times quoted above would
translate to me starting at 6am, and going through to 12 noon.  That is
absolutely fine by me.  Any earlier than 6am is getting a little painful, but
I'd probably do it anyway

I strongly support the 60 10 time control, it makes the tournament much easier
to fit into ones life and makes it easier to play at a half decent time in all
time zones.
