If people complain about specific posts via email, things are taken care of.  If
you see a bad post, and just sit and do nothing, there is a good chance that
nothing gets done.

The worst thing to do if someone calls you an asshole or something is to call
them something similar.  The best thing to do is send email to the moderators
and then go watch a movie.
