Heiko,

Thanks for your wonderfull post and extraordinary effort. You must be single--
and afford all the time and resources to do this.I used to do this in the
earlier days ( circa 1983) -- pitting dedicated chess computers
-superconstellation vs. Prestige ( by Fidelity) -they were playing around
( 1700's USCF rating)-- we have come a long way.

I have Rebel Century playing in a homebuilt Celeron 578 Mhz. system. It supports
the Saitek PC Autoboard-- I like it better if I play against a real chess board
with real pieces instead of staring at a computer screen -- very weary to the
eyes.
Can you tell me if any of the other programs you have or will purchase --
support this board?? The beauty about Rebel including versions 7, 8, and 9 is
that it supports this board.( interfaces through the parallel port). I am
refering to the strongest programs you have that played in the tournament. Will
appreciate your input.

Thanks,

Doody Ungson
