I do not know.

I think the right response is to complain to the moderators and not to insult
the annonymus moderator.
The rules let one moderator to do actions against another one.

A moderator can be banned if the majority of moderators support it.

Moderators can delete a post of another moderator and in this case there is no
majority rule.
It happened in the past.
