Subject: Can someone help me with Winboard?

Hi. Recently I have been trying to use Winboard, but I cannot seem to figure it
out. I downloaded Crafty and put it in a sub-directory of my winboard directory.
I tried to edit the winboard.ini file to initialize crafty from the start-up
dialog. When I choose "match two engines" and select Mode>Two Machines, the
clock starts for white, and I can see Crafty's thinking lines beneath the menu
bar, but white never moves. Is there a file or part of a file that I'm missing?
I am new to Winboard, so my mistake might be a very simple one. Can someone
please give me some advice on this matter. Thanks in advance. PS: here is the
end of my winboard.ini file: (Maybe I am missing some commands?)

/firstChessProgramNames="WCrafty-17_1 /fd=\"C:\\Winboard\\Crafty\
"
/secondChessProgramNames="WCrafty-17_1 /sd=\"C:\\Winboard\\Crafty\
"

I also don't know what these commands mean, so maybe someone could tell me that
too.
