Of course not. Actually I think one of my post-warning on-topic posts was
replied to, so the on-topic hit-rate is 25%.

I was just trying to demonstrate the the majority traffic is off-topic, unless
you are a on-topic programmer, then the other programmers will talk.

This is a feature of a hierarchical system. The high ones ignore the ones with
no number or who are low down. Except for Bob. He replies to low or zero
numbered posters sometimes.
