Well it's a pirc but  also can transpose to diferent openings depends on how
White and Black contineu.
It can become indeed in the first place the pirc but also a Philidor,or even a
Siciian, or even queenpan games
But the reason why it is called a pirc is because after 1e4,d6 2.d4 is the most
logical folow up.
so you can have e4,d6 2.d4,Knf6 Knc3,g6 Knf3,g6 and only now after f4 or Knf3
it's a pirc
But after 1e4,d6 2.Knf3,Knf6 3.Knc3,e5 it's a transposition to the Philidor
after 1e4,d6 2.Knf3,c5 it's a transposition to a Sicilian.
1e4,d6 2.c4 And this can transpose to a Indian defence
