I don't read them all.  Probably less than 1/3.  I hope that offended members
will send an email using the moderator form, because I'm not about to read them
all.

It only means that I never promised to behave and in fact plainly stated that
I'm not very good at behaving myself as a moderator ought to.  I think the best
sort of moderator is the one you never think about.  Don Daily springs to mind.
When was someone ever outraged over one of his decisions or one of his posts?
It seems counter productive to have a smirking dimwit acting in the role of
moderator -- no?  That's why I said (in my platform):

"Moderation policy: I think it would be a mistake to make me one of the
moderators, because I tend to rub people the wrong way. I am controversial at
times and do not intend to change. ...[snip]... If chosen for the post, I would
serve to the best of my ability, which is probably not all that great.

My slogan: "Vote for the other guys. They would be better than me." But if you
must vote for me, then go ahead. You'd be making a mistake though."
