Lin,
   I know what the program LightningRulez is however that is for a computer user
or for a winboard user. Also as far as I am aware it will only make the first
move even for a winboard user.

Do you play a lot of lightning games? If so, you may be interested in
LightningRulez, which is WinBoard with a pre-move option added. If you make your
move on the board while it's your opponent's move, and if that move is still a
valid move after your opponent has moved, this move is then sent instantly to
the server!
