Hello Alex, I am not very sharp about computers; it wasn't clear to me how to install the tablebases refered to during the installation. But I thought that leaving the disc in would permit access to those tablebases. In fact, I checked it out and N7.32 clearly is playing with tablebases in many endings when the CD is in the drive, ie KRN v KR, KRB v KR, KRP v KR etc. ...but not with KBB v K, KBN v K or KR v K.. Does the tablebase installation provide more tablebases than simply playing with the CD? And is that really the answer to the KR v K failure? If this is fixable by re-installing I will gladly do it as I like Nimzo's play very much otherwise. eric
