www.3n.net/treehaus has a link to all the places you can purchase. Most of the
major chess supply houses in the US carry the book, along with Borders, Amazon,
and Books-A-Million

The book is also distributed internationally by Ingram. My publisher would like
to hear from anyone that wishes to sell this book outside of the US
