Hello Gerrit,

Here's what Fritz Frankfurt has in "mind". So, Ke2 is mate in 24! :

New position
8/8/8/p4p2/P6k/3K3P/8/8 w - - 0 1

Analysis by Fritz Frankfurt:

= (0.00): 1.Ke3 Kg3 2.Ke2 f4 3.Kf1 Kf3 4.h4 Kg4
-+ (-#24): 1.Ke2 Kg3 2.h4 Kxh4

(Vidanovic, Nis 11/20/99)

Regards,
Djordje
