Reread your above comments. It's not a ton of fun to answer somebody's question and see a remark like yours. If you'd like a manual in which every possible problem is addressed, I'm sure they'd be happy to comply. Of course, the printed manual would weigh 30 lbs. and most of the answers wouldn't have a dang thing to do with the program -- they'd pertain to Windows/PC issues such as the one you raised. Oh, and the price of the program would (at least) triple to offset the printing costs. Plus there'd be the complaints raised by people claiming the manual is "too long" and they thus "can't find the answers" in it.
