Not everybody else seems to think so.
I do not.

There are cases when Hiarcs is superior in tactics and there are cases when
Fritz is superior in positional understanding.
It is not clear to me that Hiarcs is a better positional player.
It is dependent on the opening.

I remember from looking in comp-comp games cases when Fritz532 won Hiarcs thanks
to better positional understanding
