Odell,

I think it's a matter of statistics. Not so much as: "can you win any game
against a computer with the help of a certain strategy", but: is the
win/draw/lose-rate (statistically relevant) different depending on the (opening
or chess type-) system you play?

If a 1600-2000 player is able to draw or win from a strong chess program with
say the Stonewall 2 out of 10 games , but only 1 out of 20 with a e4 e5 opening
you could speak about anti-computer play.
(Talking statistics I mean say 200 games played, between 35 and 45 games draw or
win, the rest lose; and with that other opening say between 5 and 15 draws or
wins.)

Basically it's no different from playing repertoire against a strong chess
player he/she doesn't like.
"Anti-Kasparov play" may then result in one draw out of 40 boards when he's
doing a simul against normal club players, but not 40 out of 40.
It's more a matter of definition.

Jeroen ;-}
