As far as I know, there is no software that provides the following training feature: Imagine that you are an A-Class player that is going to play in a tournament in about a month; suppose you enter a few data on the software (the precise date of the event, the time controls, the probable rating range of your opponents etc.) and then the software provides a complete daily training program, personalized with openings, tactics, endgame and playing strategies. Such a program must detect the weaknesses and provide specific methods for reinforcing the weak points, as well as providing the user with a strong chess engine that he can play against according to the specific needs (elo, time controls, etc.). If any software package offered this, I am sure that a lot of people will buy it almost immediatly.
