I know that the evaluation may be wrong and that +3.00 can be losing but
I talk about another problem that the evaluation is changed after trading queens
not because of search.

It can push Fritz to do wrong moves
Here is an example from a game between fritz532 and tiger

4r1k1/p5pp/4q3/2Bp4/P1p3n1/2P3PP/2P3Q1/R5K1 b - - 0 1

Fritz blundered by Qe1+ and only after Rxe1 understood that it is wrong and not
because of search.
white has not problems of king safety after trading queens but fritz could
understand it only after trading queens because the evaluation fritz has no idea
that it is going to endgame if the original position is not endgame so it does
not use evaluation of endgames in the search.
