I will not fill out this survey cause I feel it will produce limited results.

No mention of presentation of the interface.
In the section where you asked for 3 features, there are usually 10+ features
which I think are REQUIRED features.

I think the survey is very limited and will produce a porgram which will be
below current standards.

As for asking for a name and stuff, get rid of that and many more people will
respond.

It depends on what you want the program to do, but it seems to me that you will
creating another chesspartner program.
