Phalanx XXI finds it in 75 seconds on a pentium 150. There is a simple
trick that helps it to find those moves quickly: It probably evaluates
the line Bxh3 gxh3 Qxh3 as "perpetual, at least" (Qg4+ Kh1 Qh3+) that
is scored several decipawns better than just "draw".
