I did some playing around too (RR, Swiss, longer and shorter tc, and engine-engine) but although Fritz6 is strong, I couldn't notice a difference in strenght between 5.32 and 6. But indeed I do find a difference in strength between Hiarcs and Fritz. That's nice. 5.32 and 6 seems to be as strong, while 6 seems stronger in games against hiarcs 7.32 than 5.32. Must be the chess knowledge (not the tablebases btw, checked that in the games) Jeroen ;-}
