Maybe Norton Cleansweep has been monitoring all installs without an interruption :) If you preview the files Norton will uninstall, and it doesn't list all the chess directory files, there's something wrong with Norton Utilities, not with Arasan. Just try the regular windows uninstall option under the configuration/software screen. If that doesn't work just flush it manually, and don't bother too much about all kind of files in your windows directory and so on. It's a mess there anyhow. Jeroen ;-}
