depends where you store it.
if depth = n,
then store in hashtable depth = n
if depth = n-R-1 then store in hashtable n-R-1.
if i nullmove in current ply, and call the search with reduced depth n-R-1
then at CURRENT ply i store of course depth = n.
after calling suddenly my depth is n-R-1 so i store n-R-1 there.
Thought my answer already implied this!
