Of course it´s not 100% clear that this move wins, but it´s 100% clear that white gets a very dangerous attack. Therefore it depends on your playing style if you are willing to risk that. I would, you wouldnt. Crafty doesn´t play Bxh6, Hossa plays Bxh6. :-) IMO it´s rather conservative not to take the h6 pawn. Can you give some examples where crafty gave away a piece for the h6 (and g) pawn in a similar position? Best wishes, Steffen.
