If they're rated very low, it's not all that likely that they're using a
computer, or the rating would be much higher.  Also, a few of the people I know
(including myself :) who aren't very strong players can sometimes win against
the computer, and I know this is without cheating.

Usually they do.  Still, _sometimes_, however rarely, they can beat computers.
That's the point of this whole discussion.
