Yes. Sound, Announce moves and Comment moves are off.

I do have sound card and speakers installed. This delay happens also when
Shredder plays on the portable HP, also with Comment, Announce and Sound off.

I see a speed of 110 to 120K NPS in the middle game on the PIII-500, and
"computer speed" is 1398. Is this correct?
