Hi
Could anyone help me with the following:
In my computer PIII 500MHz 128Mb RAM, Hiarcs7.32(32 Mb each) simply thrashes the
new arrivals Fritz6, Fritz532 and crafty. I think these programs could not be
that bad. May be I could be doing something wrong! I have not played too many
games but tried 25' blitz for a day, 40'40moves for a day as tournament among
all engines, and 2hr 40moves between Fritz 6 and Hiarcs 7.32.
Could anybody tell what is the best setting for
Contempt Value Aggressiveness Selectivity
Fritz6 40'40moves xx xx xx
Fritz6 25' blitz xx xx xx
Fritz532 40'40moves xx xx xx
Fritz532 25' blitz xx xx xx
Fritz6 2hr 40moves xx xx xx
Fritz532 2hr 40moves xx xx xx
