I find this all very surprising. Unless the laws are very different in Europe, I
don't see how you could be prevented from publishing your findings period. Here
in Brazil it would be impossible to stop you and any License Agreement
forbidding it would have absolutely no legal value, independently of whether or
not you had agreed to it, signed it, or put your thumbprint on it. Talk to an
attorney if this is really a concern and see what they have to say. Unless a
case of libel could be proven (and I think SSDF's position would be extremely
easy to defend), nothing would come of it. Remember, you can always counter-sue,
for a lawsuit aimed at SSDF under such circumstances could be seen as an attack
on SSDF and what it stands for. As far as I can see, the worst that can happen
is that you'd be forced to buy your own copies of the programs you wish to test.
