Thanks for the info & links guys,
Here's what I came up with:

"The tournament is now scheduled to begin on February 8 and run to the 20th.

Leading the field is World Champion Garry Kasparov, who will be joined by
several other members of the top ten and outstanding players from around the
world. Sixteen world-class players will log in to the Club Kasparov Playing Zone
to face off in a knock-out tournament with a first prize of twenty thousand
dollars and a total prize fund of forty-eight thousand dollars! "

This isn't as attractive as I first thought.

I was hoping for a "computer-fed" "player" sitting across the board from GM's in
a "real" tournament.

I was hoping for a round-robin, or a Swiss, not a knockout.

Unfortunatly there is little to be duduced from the winning or losing in a
knockout.

I hope it is 40/120.
