Maybe you should think about a dualboard. Abit (http://www.abit.com.tw/)offers
motherboards at a good price. You can use Celeron CPUs in this board (this is
not supported by Intel but it works fine). It's also possible to make this
systems a little bit faster (http://www.overclockers.com).

I bought such a system some weeks ago including RAM and other necessary parts
and spend less than 1000 USD.
