Abit (http://www.abit.com.tw/)offers motherboards at a good price. You can use Celeron CPUs in this board (this is not supported by Intel but it works fine). It's also possible to make this systems a little bit faster (http://www.overclockers.com). I bought such a system some weeks ago including RAM and other necessary parts and spend less than 1000 USD.
