Unfortunately 3 weeks from Christmas we had no choice but to pay the the ransom to move us up to larger capacity. But, this is capitalism, and come contract's end in April we are free to move elsewhere. If anyone has a RELIABLE, FAST, HONEST, reasonable ISP, I am all ears.
