Subject: CYGWIN.dll

I'm trying to run SSEChess 2.02 with Winboard against another engine, but I get
the error message:
"SSECHESS.EXE file is linked to missing export CYGWIN.DLL:cygwin32_select."
Cygwin.dll is in the same directory as the SSECHESS.EXE file. What is wrong?Can
you help me?
