Subject: France-ch 99 in clichy, I am wrathful !

Hello,

I can not understand that german computer chess magazine not wrote over the
france-ch 99 in clichy.

Is the france-ch not interesting or are the programs not good enough ?

But I see reports from private tournaments. Here the computer chess magazin
wrote about this tournaments with older versions !

Better is a big report about the france-ch than a big report over Program x
version 35 ! It is not so difficult to write an eMail and ask programmer for a
good report.

I think that this tournament are very very important. And when the chess press
not wrote over this evants we lose the next important tournament.

I am wrathful over this bad reporting.

- no reporting over the australian-ch
- no reporting over the spain-ch
- no reporting over the france-ch
- a little reporting over the dutch-ch

A computer chess magazine must write over this evants !

I speek with Jan Louwman in Leiden 99. Jan said me, that more then 1.500 visitor
come to the first dutch open. In this year I think 50 people. This, why the
reporting about computer chess is not good enough.

And why we have not a tournament in the USA ?
No person for organice or will not person make an organice, is this the problem
?

Furthermore I read not enough about amateur chess programs. We have 50 or more
amateur chess programs and 15 professional programs. I read about this 15
programs 5x more than about the 50 amateur programs. But when a good amateur is
strong enough then I can read about this program, ha ha ha, this is bad !!!

I have not understand for this and I am wrathful when I see that AnMon won a
super game against Lautier and a newspaper will not write this. Is this bad why
the program is free for all ? I think the false people write for the press ...
yes this is the reason, this is hard but sorry I must believe it.

Regards
Frank
