Zimmermann Did you purchase a "foreign" version? If so, then the 1.0.3 patch that is on the Chessmaster website will not work. That information was on the old version of the website, but, for some reason, was not transferred over when the site was redesigned. You can tell if you have a "foreign" version by looking in the "Help" menu. If there is no "AT&T Technical Support" menuitem, then you have a foreign version. jm
