You might be surprised.  Computers will play a real stinker move some times.
Could be an unknown hash collision.  Could be a bad opening book entry.  Could
be a program bug or just an inferior algorithmic decision.  But for whatever
reason, computers screw up now and again, in a big way.

Even computers can have a bad day.

I suspect that in the long run [just a guess without experimental
corroboration], a computer has about the same win ratio over an opponent 100 ELO
under it that a human does.

P.S.
GM's don't screw up much either.  That's why they are GM's and we're not.
