I agree on ANY hardware, provided it is a PC running Windows or DOS on my side,
and the same hardware with any OS on your side.
386 to Athlon is fine with me.

I suggest Enrique Irazoqui, as he offered to do the test.
Or Marcus Kästner if he is willing to (not sure, I did not ask him so far).
Both of them are objective and experimented.
If somebody else is interested, I'm open to any offer.
