Subject: Problems in modifying the LC11 Test Suite

I attempted to run the LC11 test after removing the positions that required 600+
seconds. When I did so, the time required for the rest of the positions nearly
doubled in most cases and was reduced in a couple of others.

Can anyone suggest what might have caused this?
