I have added a feature in Shredder to calculate the relative ELO performance of a match including the error range of the result. I did this for internal use only, but as I got positive reaction from some testers I told about it, I decided to publish it. Here’s how it works: Assume A played B in a 20 games match and scored 12-8 with 9 wins, 6 draws and 5 losses. Just enter “tp 9 6 5” in Shredder4 and you’ll get “20 +9 =6 -5 60.0% TP = +80 ELO 95% -> [-66,+226]” TP means tournament performance (here +80 Elo), with a 5% error margin the “real” ELO difference is between –66 and +226 ELO. I hope this helps somebody Stefan
